What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
What differentiate Microsoft Teams form other product is that Teams offers a comprehensive set of collaboration tools, including chat, video conferencing, file sharing, and project management, all within a single platform. We are able to access everything we need for teamwork and communication without switching between multiple applications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Microsoft Teams is Meeting Features. Features like screen sharing, meeting recordings, and the ability to schedule and join meetings directly from Outlook or the Teams app make virtual meetings within our company more productive and efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes I experience occasional performance issues such as lagging, slow loading times, or dropped calls, particularly during peak usage times, but overall, it works perfectly fine most of the times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My advice would be to take advantage of any free trials or demos offered by Microsoft to test out Teams and see how it works for your organization, by doing this you will see the benefits that your organization will have.

I would recommend getting the software and utilising the system to store the information and allow it to be accessible by all members of staff.
