I use Microsoft SharePoint for its seamless integration with Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, and Teams, which makes collaboration easy. I customize it to manage documents, automate workflows, and share content across my team. It gives me strong security and compliance features, which I rely on for sensitive data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of SharePoint is how easily I can collaborate with my team in real time while keeping everything—documents, conversations, tasks—in one central place. I don’t have to switch between tools or worry about version control, and I can customize it to fit exactly what my team needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its interface can feel a bit overwhelming or unintuitive at first, especially for new users. Some features are buried under layers of menus, and setting up custom workflows or permissions can get complicated without technical help. It’s powerful—but not always user-friendly right out of the box.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take time to understand the basics of SharePoint before diving into customization—start with document libraries, permissions, and team sites.
