What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

The deep integration with Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How well it integrates with the Microsoft 365 applications, especially Word and Excel. The online features make it very easy to collaborate on the same document all at once.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is very difficult to customize.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have already bought into the Microsoft 365 applications, Sharepoint will only enhance the capabilities of these applications. If you are strictly looking for an online repository that features version control, there are other products on the market that are not as costly.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

I can see who is currently typing/ working on the doc. Keeps everyone accountable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like being able for multiple people (even across different agencies) to be able to work on the same document on live time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like how I can't favorite documents. I tend to have to look and search them up which makes it not be the most time efficient for many times there are docs named similarly to each other.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do It! It is great for collaborating in a live document!

Microsoft SharePoint makes transfer and sharing files like document more reliable and easy. It's integrated with Microsoft SharePoint with applications like OneDrive. Word and PowerPoint making it amazing.

SharePoint makes files sharing simple and allows document collaboration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft SharePoint is cheaper.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft SharePoint is easy to access and use once you have Microsoft outlook account and I recommend it.
