What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
It's very easy to use and works flawlessly. Can be used easily in a web interface, Drag and drop uploading makes doing work with this faster.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The speed of the product is really commendable. Loads pages really quick and uploading and downloading document is very fast. Access Control is good. It's easier to request access to any page with the easy-to-use request prompt for pages I don't have access to.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no scrolling option for large no of files. Only go to next page button. Which makes it difficult to navigate in folder with large no of files. Also, we can't view csv or excel files in the web. Only download option is there.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it without a second thought if it fulfills your requirements. It's a reliable product for document management.

sharepoint has lot of integration as a part of microsoft ecosystem which is the front running advantage forit

integration with automation platform is the favorited aspect for me

there are few restriction in terms of no availability of recognizing external people who has access to SharePoint site and folder and remove their access

it is a good product and you should consider ROI against investment

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
SharePoint works well with other Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. This makes it easier to communicate, handle documents, and work together in one place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SharePoint is great because it can do lots of things like managing stuff, working together, and making business tasks easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One tricky thing about SharePoint is how complicated it can seem, especially for folks who aren't used to it or don't know much about tech stuff.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start with a small project or test SharePoint on a small scale to get used to it and see if it fits your organization's needs. Then, as you get more comfortable and confident, you can use it more and try out more features.
