definitely how easy it is to use the program and the cost.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using Microsoft SharePoint, a business may easily share documents and information. Using this program, owners are able to regulate and limit access to information for the specific people they are targeting. Even with password security, this allows corporations to securely store their data in one place and let their workers to access it from any location, utilizing a link or URL to access the information from any web browser at any time, regardless of where they are located.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As an useful tool for managing information sharing inside an organization, it does take some skill to configure the check points that permit limited access, such as password protection, applying certain read-only checks, and other limits that may be imposed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're searching for a secure file-sharing solution that's easy to set up, I'd recommend Microsoft Sharepoint. This company's customer service and technical support are excellent, and they are even available on weekends and holidays.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
I think what makes it different from similar software’s is that it is designed specifically for businesses, and includes features that make it easy to collaborate and share documents with co-workers and can also be used to create websites and intranets, making it a valuable tool for companies that want to build an online presence which is not possible in google docs or dropbox. It is very customizable, so businesses can tailor it to meet their specific needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect of this product is its integration with other Microsoft apps saving a lot of time in logging into their interfaces. Our organisation uses it mostly to work on a document simultaneously at the same time which has to be its most distinct feature. You can easily share files, audio, documents very securely.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven’t found a lot to dislike in Sharepoint but the collaboration on a same document if opened in Sharepoint sometimes shows different formatting than the one actually used. Other than that nothing that i can think of
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you already use office 365 and other softwares such as Microsoft Teams, Its highly feasible to opting for Sharepoint as it integrates with other Microsoft apps and will work very smoothly.
