What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

I consider that one of its strongest points is the exchange of documents and the size limit that can be delivered, it is much more capable and the time to deliver is exceptionally short. It also has access controls, where some can only view and others can edit.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like SharePoint for the fact that it is a tool that seamlessly integrates and manages shared content, it is a secure place to store and organize information. >I have access from any device >Linking with MS Office 365 products, which makes working simultaneously more practical and faster. >Assists us by sharing huge records (good capacity). >Messaging. >Default models are clear.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you want to start modifying it there is definitely a learning curve. I didn't like the user interface at first but I got used to it, but that doesn't mean it's the most intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation is that you have patience getting to know the software so that you use it correctly and get the best out of this product, I can tell you that it is the best solution for central storage of all documents, uploading, tracking, management and sharing.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Its ease of use and intuition set it apart from its competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the fact that I can easily share my documents with my team members. Also, I like the feature of allowing selected people to edit the document or write comments in it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The improvement of the user interface could be an asset to exploit for new people wishing to use this tool and to facilitate their learning.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a good product and it's functional.
