It allows you remote file access and allows you to operate from anywhere. It also provides exceptional security with the permission function; we no longer had to worry about power outages or PC crashes because the material is stored in the cloud. Furthermore, numerous people can collaborate on the same file at the same time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft SharePoint is a fantastic piece of collaboration software. The platform is very adaptable and well-organized. The key advantage is that you can edit Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint files online without having to download an offline copy, and colleagues can view the changes in real time. It fits effectively with the rest of the Microsoft package, providing a pleasant user experience. What I enjoy best about it is the simplicity of its interfaces and ease of usage. With a few clicks, you can share everything in the group and configure permissions and access to read or read/write. In overall, I'm pleased with the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It contains all of the capabilities and assistance we need to do our task. However, you are seeing some issues when converting from an older edition to a newer version (many of my Word documents lose their layouts); this should be resolved for a more seamless experience. Because we are using the cloud, you may require a consistent network connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Sharepoint is integrated across the Microsoft suite, allowing you to access Microsoft documents in their native format. It is a necessary tool for huge groups, organizations and businesses. This tool is highly recommended for anybody looking to boost team cooperation.

Microsoft Sharepoint supports so many amazing features but what i like most about it is how it allows a real-time quick collaboration with my teammates and i can easily share and store large amounts of data which is very secure and i like the fact that i can manage what type of access is allowed to people you are sharing it with. Microsoft Sharepoint can be used in a wide variety of ways mainly as a wiki whereby all pages are handily versioned allowing the user to see previous.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Sharepoint is an excellent tool which is easy to use and manage. In the site, everything is well organized and perfectly separated and the interface is not complicated to use. Microsoft Sharepoint has seamless integration with office 365 products thus making it more effective and efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I had a great experience in using Microsoft Sharepoint. I can call it the saviour of documents handling.

Microsoft Sharepoint as allowed simple information sharing with our teams. I recommend it.
