What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
The storage solutions, the organization that is detailed. The idea of connecting your one drive and synchronizing files so you can see them on your files manager via folder, lots of our users enjoy this feature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing about Microsoft SharePoint is how I can work with my co-workers on a project. As long as the recipient has SharePoint, you can send a document that needs edits without them having to download the document to their computer, perform the edits, and send it back.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The least helpful thing about SharePoint is that sometimes when you make changes (create a folder, etc) the changes won't show right away. Especially if you've synced it with OneDrive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am highly recommending this for users for best Document Management and Collaboration.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Microsoft SharePoint is secure and has a straightforward user interface, allowing me to easily organize files and control user access to workgroup sites and report files. It integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft tools that my team and I use daily, like Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 Office applications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SharePoint is a very good tool for document collaboration and storage. It's easy to learn to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The least helpful thing about SharePoint is that sometimes when you make changes (create a folder, etc) the changes won't show right away. Especially if you've synced it with OneDrive. It takes a while before the changes are available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am recommeding Sharepoint due to its ease of use and versatile features.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
It's attached to the rest of our MIicrosoft Product Suite so that's why we're using it
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Global search (I can search other documents as long as they're public, even if I don't own them)
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sharepoint routinely has issues working with documents online...which leads to people downloading hard files and working on duplicate copies
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be cognizant of limitations and grant grace period for employees moving over from Google suite
