What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?
Its Feature to share files and documents in various forms and in very secure way makes this tool different form other tools. Its cost is also low in comparison of other filesharing tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its user interface is so good and also it is very simple and clear to use. It provides a secure platform to our team to share files and documents with each other. We mainly use it to store documents.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The search bar, in my opinion, should be better. Sometimes when I perform a keyword search, older publications include the words I am looking for are not displayed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like this tool very much and also I highly recommended it to al my friends and colleagues.

Sharepoint differs as its universally used and its ease of use.

My favorite part of this is the fact that it centralizes everything and it can be accessed from anywhere on multiple devices.

I dislike the interface, when customizing it can be changed but can take a lot of work

What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?
Document libraries can be created and access controlled which ensures high level of security and any changes made can be viewed I the version history of the file.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is integrated with teams and can be directly accessed from the teams app. It supports creation of lists, forms etc and can be easily stored,archived,accessed which have a wide use case in our organization
What do you dislike most about this product?
It tends to lag if the no of files in the sharepoint site is high and I have had to close the browser and to open the site to access the site. So this is a point of improvement
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is the easiest to use as it had a wide case integration with every Microsoft Office 365 product, so it is highly recommended if you are a office 365 user and have a large team
