Simple sharing and seamless collaboration Compliance. Document library accessibility. Expanded file names. Folder sharing. Better integration with Office 365 tools and services, including Microsoft Sway.

Business intelligence (BI). Integration with your existing apps. Enhanced security. Ease of use and design assistance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Complex to Maintain and Use. No doubt, SharePoint is the best intranet platform and serves as an umbrella for inter-departmental collaboration and different processes. Expensive Implementation and Customization

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SharePoint is a highly flexible and scalable platform for collaboration with internal or external resources. A central admin user can assign different levels of access permission to individual users of team sites.
