What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?
SharPoin is distinguished by a really good integration with other tools from Microsoft and the simplicity of use. It is a tool that anyone can learn to use in a very short time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like creating new pages using SharePoint. Working with this tool and creating visualizations is really nice and the effects of work are amazing. The friendly and simple user interface means that I don't have to struggle to find what I need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to be able to use my own solutions and implement them in SharePoint. Solutions based on Java or PowerShell could introduce additional automation possibilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I really recommend it, it is one of my favorite work tools. Creating pages and sharing and working on documentation are key features that work perfectly in large environments.

What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?
I think scalability to large extend when project and its data increases, data security, multiple purpose usage, collaboration, data management, project management, seamless integration with other microsoft products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Best productivity tool for a project or content management which provide wide range of features and functionalities like file uploading and sharing with internal and external users, managing project content such as document, file, photos, videos, codes etc, Give permissions to specific person or group of person to work on any document/file, create workflows and reminders to automate tasks, search feature to look for any file in the storage.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Expensive customization to the prior implemented version of the product which will require extra work load to the end user.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend users to make use of sharepoint to do multiple tasks related to document management in terms of project development, store and share documents/files across the project with robust security features.
