SharePoint works well with Microsoft products
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
SharePoint is widely used as a repository for regulatory evidence for governance, data protection, risk, and compliance needs for both internal and external audits, and it is also utilized in private Azure instances to store documents for individual departments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ideally suited as a centre for teamwork Ideal for companies that either have a well-defined framework in place or are working to establish one for their documents and knowledge Because of the complexity of UX/UI, gaining early organizational buy-in may take more time than anticipated.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some online apps don't function as effectively as their desktop counterparts; for example, some document formats seem strange, there are less customization possibilities, copying is restricted, etc. Clumsy user interface and user experience, initially.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our company largely relies on SharePoint for corporate content, document, and record management. This includes but is not limited to data archiving, searching, retrieval, tracking, management, and reporting. Much of the push for this comes from the need to fulfill numerous compliance standards for law, information management, and processes.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Unique Features

Excellent for storing documents in the cloud

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
I used SharePoint to share a document with my teammates and worked on the same document at the same time. This allows you to complete a project that contains deadlines and tasks that require group work. You can also create the type of report that best suits your organization. It also provides an approach for building websites that anyone with multiple devices can share and access.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Sharepoint enables everyone to set up their own private drive while enabling others to read and change documents based on the permissions allowed in each copy. It's also linked to Outlook, so if someone comments or grants permissions, you'll be notified by email in real time. What I enjoy best about Sharepoint is how versatile and well-coordinated it is. I also appreciate that you can provide permission for others to view your work but not edit it. Privilege management is another of the finest aspects that I enjoy, and you can easily link with other Microsoft products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I've been using this program in the business I work for for several years and have never had an issue utilizing it or doing any task on Microsoft SharePoint.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The greatest software for making a website that everyone can use, sharing documents, and working together with your coworkers. It is a program that provides fantastic collaboration features as well as access to various resources within an active community.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
