What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?
Microsoft SharePoint allows extensive customization to tailor the platform to specific business needs. It provides a rich set of development tools, including SharePoint Designer, Power Apps, and Power Automate, enabling developers to build custom solutions, workflows and applications on top of SharePoint.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Microsoft SharePoint is its security features to protect sensitive information and control access to content. It provides granular permission settings, allowing administrators to define access levels, roles and permissions for users or groups.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While SharePoint offers mobile access and a mobile app, the mobile experience may not be as seamless or feature rich as the desktop version. Some functionalities or site customizations may not fully be optimized for mobile devices, potentially limiting productivity on the go.

It solved a business process issue and automated the sharing of documents between physically disparate locations in a more timely manner.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We cannot use it for long term storage which sometimes becomes an issue.

If document transfer is an issue for you, Sharepoint will solve it.
