1) One of the very initial products in the segment

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1) Easy document Management & Sharing 2) Hierarchy & Access Control

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the users are moving to clouds, that are free. At those clouds, the features may not be that great & vivid, but at times, solves the purpose for free. I understand those clouds may not be a direct competition to this, but atleast solves the purpose for free or at very minimalistic cost. Company must think in this direction for a long term strategy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Undoubtedly, this is a Great Software. This was launched ahead of time. But, do check the ROI vs the Features you need. Can you do the same job using a Cloud which may be free or available at very minimalistic cost?

The ability to change the flow of slideshows.

It seems to frequently crash on me, at least once a week.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

How often does your organization require updates via slides? If frequently, then this will be a time saver.
