How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Some usability issues remain

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
I don't think there is a huge differentiator to be honest, other than the fact that it (mostly) smoothly works with other Microsoft products like Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sharing is fairly easy with everyone in the company because everyone by default has access to Sharepoint.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unlike Google Suite, there is no easy way to organize files and move them between folders - the current workflows for this are really not intuitive because you can't just drag and drop like you can on Google Drive and instead you have to click a file and go to a menu on the top and click "Move" to move it to a different folder; usability needs to be improved in that department. Sharing is also a bit clunky - even when a file says it is shared with anyone with the link, I still have to "Share" the file on the UI with people who need to look at it (the share link apparently doesn't work unless the file is formally shared).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Compare Microsoft Office (including Sharepoint here) with Google Suite - I feel usability-wise Google Suite is better.
Pros
- Trustworthy
- Respectful
- Reliable
- Fair
Cons
- Less Efficient Service
- Slower Product Innovation
- Commodity Features
