I think the document collaboration and change tracking features are way ahead of the competition.

Nothing comes to mind even after trying hard, I think I like the product all in all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest giving it a shot for being simple and yet loaded with all necessary and more features.
