What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Microsoft SharePoint has a clear interface and is easy to use. The access control works better with effective document sharing and cloud storage. The integration with Microsoft ecosystem gives it an extra edge as it seamlessly collaborates with the existing systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It made the document sharing task easy. Once the file is uploaded in the SharePoint it an be shared across teams with a single link.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The formatting and editing features are slow and takes a lot of time to load the changes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft SharePoint is a great tool for Document management over Cloud. Even though it's a little expensive it's worth trying as the quality of the features are great.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Microsoft SharePoint is more efficient and powerfool collaboration tool which enables organizations to streamline their workflows, documentations, improve security and enhance overall productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Document management is the most favorite aspect in this product. Also sharing works seamlessly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such but sometimes access does not work even though is the user has access to the site or the folder.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have lot of data to be managed and your organization wants to apply for regulatory systems such as ISO audits, then SharePoint is the best tool for document management, sharing and other collaborations.

The tool is easy to configure and to understand with total possibility to integrate it with other tools which makes it a professional tool for presentation during meeting

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can easily collaborate with inside and outside team of our organization remotely using this tool. The pricing is fair and does not affect the business ROI. One best feature is the ability to customize the templates for sharing work with team, the tool also can integrate with with Microsoft team

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not seen any feature to dislike about this tool, I would only love to see the pricing of the software to be reduced to enable even smaller business to use this tool

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend the tool because it is easy to present using this tool
