What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

SharePoint beginner user level pricing starts at 20$ per month and its not offering any free plan like click up. SharePoint gives better control on organizations documents and collaboration with users,teams and external sharing. SharePoint offers data loss prevention features in security and compliance for administrative control.sharepoint helps to allow business to architect custom sites and app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Custom Role based access on permission levels.

What do you dislike most about this product?

High licensing fees.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Plan SharePoint with hierarchy level permissions for file,folder, library before implementation.Provide training to manage documents and navigation for SharePoint. Monitor SharePoint storage and health checks for SharePoint Sites.
