What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?

Compared to tools like Asana or Trello, it goes deeper into capacity planning, making it ideal for more complex, resource-heavy projects

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Gantt charts. I’ve used them to present project plans to stakeholders, and they make even complex schedules digestible

What do you dislike most about this product?

onboarding new team members often requires extra time to teach them how to navigate and use its features effectively.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if your projects involve a lot of moving parts and detailed scheduling. Then, invest in training your team on how to get the most out of it—trust me, it’s worth the effort.
