What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?

Unlike other project management and tracking tools, we can mention that this product is pretty robust and has all the features you would expect from a project management tool. In addition, it also helps to identify delays and how these delays affect the deadlines in general and, in parallel, the final delivery times.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I love most about this tool is that we have the possibility to link Microsoft programs together that facilitate the data access process, especially with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, while creating our project we have the possibility to search this data to move Microsoft Project. Profession creation is fairly easy, aside from prioritizing and deciding on resources. And many other qualities that will make us familiar with this Microsoft program

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since using this tool we have not found a single bug in the product, because with this tool we have the opportunity to mention that using the program to manage small projects is beneficial at the beginning to see the power it has Has. Also, the platform helped me plan large and detailed projects. It has helped me to keep increasing the plan, casts and work schedule.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In our experience with this product it was of high quality which is why we have the opportunity to recommend it because it is easy to collaborate with others on a plan, split roles and keep increasing everyone. It has many advanced features and is regularly updated. It ensures that the planned load is evenly distributed over the built-in components.

What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?

It has a clean and intuitive user interface that allows you to easily edit documents. Facilitates integration with documents and files thanks to its connection with Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Project is very useful and easy to use. The Excel dashboard is really easy, the Gantt chart is fantastic, it provides detailed task information, it's integrated with other ERP systems, the projects are easy to manage and update.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would love to have more templates available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Microsoft Project for its ease of use when managing your projects. It allows easy effective collaboration between teams, it works well with Power BI, which we can connect data from MySQL or Excel sources to store and send documents from Azure Cloud securely.
