What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?

Great for planning and capacity management. Integration with time tracking still a bit complex.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

High level planning, dependcy management and cacity planning. Gatt charts as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of Agile features and time tracking

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Evaluate the product considering the global project management workflow including time tracking as well as Agile management if relevant.

I think other products in the space offer a lot more in terms of features and functionality

Lack of features and functionality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend something like Smartsheet or Monday.com for waterfall, Jira for agile.

Its very easy to use and makes us help in doing the project before deadline. We assign the work to the different staff members and they do the work accordingly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The planning, managing and even setting up the project are some of my favorite aspects of using Microsoft Project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike in it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend you this software due to its clean user interface.
