What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?
In our work area, OneDrive has become the perfect solution for the protection of all our files or business documents. Currently, our entire company uses OneDrive for Business. I am so happy to use OneDrive in my work zone because it has shown a huge difference, it has provided a much smoother service compared to other cloud storage platforms and it has also allowed excellent synchronization with the other Microsoft services. The accessibility I have achieved with OneDrive is amazing, I can move my files quickly and I can share them immediately in just a few seconds.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I liked the most about OneDrive for Business is that it is a platform that offers a large storage space, it is surprising that I can upload so many files to my cloud and the space limit that I have is not noticeable. Also, one of the things that caught my attention is that this platform has a very updated cloud, I can upload a file from my computer, and I can quickly view it in the cloud from my cell phone, it is surprising how I can enjoy an update in real time of all my files.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My negative criticism is that this platform has a very slow document preview. Currently, OneDrive allows you to view documents and images in preview, but the loading process of these previews is quite slow, it is also important to note that the opening of documents that OneDrive has is very slow, the .docx and .excel documents are not. they open quickly despite the fact that we maintain a good internet connection, I would like to be able to enjoy a fast visualization of my documents in the cloud.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
OneDrive is very worth trying because it is a platform that has a great synchronization with other Microsoft services, so it will be easier to transfer or share all kinds of files or all kinds of information from other Microsoft networks. Also, OneDrive is fast to upload and download all kinds of files, which helps with fast information sharing.
