What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?
Microsoft OneDrive is already built into the windows operating system so there is no need to install and i can just use it by just signing into my Microsoft account.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like its seamless integration with Microsoft Office products and availability whenever I needed the file. I also like being able to access my files from anywhere as long as it doesn't disconnect itself without me realizing it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it doesn't sync well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft OneDrive is a very nice backup for office work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite thing about OneDrive for Business is how smoothly it syncs with Microsoft Office apps. I can edit a document in Word, and it saves automatically in the cloud, no extra steps or uploads needed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most is that the sharing and permission settings can be confusing at times. It’s not always obvious who has access to what, especially when working with external users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're considering OneDrive for Business, it works best when your team is already using Microsoft 365. Take time to train users on sharing settings and sync options. It’s powerful, but a bit of guidance helps avoid confusion down the line.
