What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

OneDrive's integration with the rest of the microsoft products, especially with Microsoft Teams is a game changer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the ability to move files with ease from one place to another. To be able to save a file on my desktop and have it available for a coworker, and then be able to work side by side to complete our project, even when we're not together.

What do you dislike most about this product?

OneDrive has a funny way of just uploading files to "the Drive" and you have no idea where it goes. It can be really trick to find what you uploaded and the search function is completely garbage to be able to find what you need. If I ever search for a specific file by name I get hundreds of vector files instead of a logical pinpointed solution to find the most logical item I'm looking for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend OneDrive because I believe that microsoft is a much more secure than google, but Google Drive is way more functional and user friendly.

My favorite aspect of Microsoft OneDrive for Business is its seamless integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Microsoft OneDrive for Business is that the sync client can sometimes be unreliable — especially when dealing with large volumes of files, very large file sizes, or complex folder structures.
