What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customization capabilities, integration with Microsoft product suite
What do you dislike most about this product?
That it opens a new tab whenever to click into a survey/form and take an action. Can easily end up with 6-10 tabs open while working in it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Naturally, one should compare to Google Forms to see which approach is preferred. In my opinion, MS Forms is a much stronger product with the added benefit of seamlessly integrating into the rest of the MS product suite, if you are already leveraging those applications.
