It's ease of integration. With Microsoft ecosystem. scale ability and flexibility is the ease of use. Cloud based hybrid software, Industry specific solutions catering to user needs, global reach, and availability, ease of customisation through power automate apps available in Microsoft

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

my favourite aspect of this product is ERP integration with Microsoft ecosystem especially for tools such as 365 power automate azure and power, BI. and the seamless connectivity enhances productivity among users using this software ability to leverage these existing tools, minimise disruptions

What do you dislike most about this product?

the most common dislike about this product complexity involved while customizing, steep learning curve, performance issues in local environments, limited industry scope, as not, everyone can use this product because of the cost involved, upgrading and version challenges

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Clearly defined companies, objectives, business goal how dynamic software can support them, invest in proper training of the people who can use the product, proper leveraging integration features, utilising power BI for analytics and metrics presentation, regular update and maintain the system

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is its seamless integration with the Microsoft ecosystem and modular approach. Unlike traditional ERP systems, it allows businesses to adopt only the modules they need (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) and scale as they grow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its complex setup and customization challenges. While it offers flexibility, configuring the right modules, integrations, and workflows often requires extensive planning and third-party support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Choose the Right Modules – Unlike traditional ERPs, Dynamics 365 is modular. Start with what you need (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) and expand as your business grows.
