What differentiates Medallia Experience Cloud from other similar products?

Medallia Experience Cloud has good text analysis and verbatim analysis that helps us understand the reasons behind customer scores not just scores themselves and additionally their customer support team is excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that we can easily measure CX in a better format and share dashboards with users on our team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting and dashboards are very basic compared to reporting tools like Tableau.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Medallia Customer Cloud has transformed how we conduct surveys, it increases engagement and makes it easy to interpret customer feedback.

Medellia Experience Cloud has sentimental analysis which is integrated with AI that help to determine our customer feelings about the product before launching it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is customer support, it is responsive and responds to all our queries, they are professional and knowledgeable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although I like their customer support, the issue to get a real person is hard, it relies alot on AI Assistant.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it to businesses that are still stuck with basic surveys that are not engaging, this will work for them.
