ManageEngine has become a simple, fast, easy to use, all-in-one Monitoring Solution for us. For your peace of mind, we use ManageEngine AM to track our VPN's performance and latency from site to site.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it as it has An intuitive and highly customizable dashboard is available in Manage Engine Applications Manager. In general the product is excellent. It allows you to closely monitor different places, especially in the cloud.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although the user interface is not always the easiest to use, we have always been able to get what we need by consulting the manuals available on the ManageEngine portal or by contacting technical support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The most crucial aspect of website monitoring allows us to intensify improvements to our website. When it comes to digital monitoring, it is good to have transaction monitoring of both real and synthetic users.
