One of the bright feature that makes it different from typical application monitoring solutions is, Comprehensive Monitoring where you can monitor your Performance application as well as underlying Infra Usage like server and database. It is extremely user-friendly and the interface is very intuitive for anyone, you can easily navigate through the app and get your custom alerts set up.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Applications Manager from ManageEngine is good software to monitor and optimize our critical applications. You need a solution to solve the visibility into application performance issues, identifying bottlenecks and having enough of proactive monitoring to prevent outages. Therefore allowing us to monitor cloud, on-premises and third party applications without any restriction will help us to have the most complete visibility over our IT ecosystem.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Installation is complex out of the box, especially for organizations without a strong technical team.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You might only require monitoring of critical applications in an e-commerce setting where downtime equals no sales: then ManageEngine Application Manager would be the best fit.

Appmanager provide ouofbox monitoring capabilities for most of the os and db flavours. So can work as a infra monitoring suit. With ease of use and implementation.

Ease of use and implementation. And capability to monitor various technologies.

Dont have much customisation for dadhboard and limited alert severity like only critical and warning.
