MY favorite aspect of Mailchimp is its scalability. It caters to businesses of all sizes, from small startups to large enterprise. Mailchimp also offers automation that allows users to create personalized and targeted email campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing in particular. I understand that Mailchimp's pricing plans and features depend on business' size.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to evaluate both upsides and downsides based on specific needs and requirements.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp is one of the best email marketing softwares in the industry. They're always changing and improving. I think the longevity of the platform differentiates itself from competition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's highly customizable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think scrubbing lists could be more efficient. The contacts exporting and importing is the only thing I've ever ran into issues with Mailchimp.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend them to watch some tutorials to get a feel for the product before jumping in.
