What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

I think Mailchimp has been a leader in email marketing for awhile. They have been innovative and expanded what they product can do over time,, adding more value to users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mailchimp is quite easy to use and I like that you can also edit emails and send with the mobile app

What do you dislike most about this product?

I found getting Mailchimp fully connected to our website was a bit of a struggle. I also think there is a lot of work involved to get journeys properly set up and designed well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If they are looking for basic email marketing this is great. Anything further it is helpful to have an IT person who can help with web api.
