What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the things I really didn't like about MailChimp is the campaign delivery and auto-responder system that exists for recipients with an "Outlook" inbox. Since using MailChimp, my clients have complained that ad campaigns take a long time to be received, sometimes it takes an entire day for them to be received in their inbox, and the autoresponder system also takes longer to send them. Automatic emails to clients with Outlook inbox. I would like there to be more optimization on this functionality.

The following factors I like most in MailChimp are: 1) Templet editor of MailChimp is very good and intuitive. 2) It has great analytics to analyze your all campaign and according to that, you can do A/B test campaigns. 3) Setup email automation campaign based on birthday.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The two things I don't like about MailChimp are: 1) It is a little bit costly. 2) Very few pre-made temples inside it.

I would recommend this platform especially for those who are in the Digital Marketing Industry, because It will help you to collect leads, to making automation of e-mails and many more features which help you to retain your customers easily. That is true that it is a little bit costly but at this cost, you will get many features so according to me you should use it for automation of your business.
