What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Reliability and a smooth user interface from conception through delivery and analytics, MailChimp has proven time and again why they're the #1 name in email marketing and automation. It's a breeze to train new team members on!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease with which our new team members can jump in and immediately hit the ground running when tasked with handling client email campaigns. The interface is smart, slick and intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There could be a few more niche features for the price, but it's more a minor annoyance than a true "dislike."

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure to plan out the entire campaign strategy from the creative brief all the way through the analytics report; once all that is done, actually creating the campaign is a breeze!

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

MailChimp provides us with the ability to access and make changes to our email campaigns from the comfort of a mobile application. This is not a readily available feature on most other email marketing platforms I have used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the vast integrations which MailChimp provides me. We have relied on this vast integration potentials to achieve more with our MailChimp use. As an example, we integrated MailChimp with Mixpanel to make smarter email marketing decisions by using the knowledge of behavioural data generated with Mixpanel in our email marketing campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

MailChimp does provide a template library. However, we are limited in terms of the level of customisation we can make to provided templates . Therefore, we have had to resolve to creating our email templates from scratch.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Despite the limitations of its templates, MailChimp is the best email marketing platform I have experience with.
