It offers seamless integration with HubSpot CRM, Google sheets, Woo-commerce, etc. which makes the job further easy for us. Through Mailchimp, we have been able to quickly create email templates and add content to our newsletter. Emails can be sent very easily and you can also keep a track of them. Mailchimp offers a consistent mode of communication with the contact database. It also enables us to export the reports easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the features in Mailchimp are not visually appealing and it also offers very limited image galleries and layouts. The pricing of the packages could be much better, so it should be reconsidered by Mailchimp. More features should be added for a better formatting experience. The analytics need to be more robust and should allow us to compare the results from different months. The learning curve for a new member is very steep. It would be better if they could make the experience more fun and interesting for new users.
