Product cost is higher and they need to have better customer service.

This will help to manage emails. So go for it.

I think the biggest difference between Mailchimp and others is how easy it is to use. The interface is excellent and I think most people with a basic grasp of computer programs will be able to get a suitable newletter up and running without much trouble. If you just need a straight newsletter, without segmentation, it's a nice way to do it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the interface as easy of use. It's also a big company, so people trust signing up for a newsletter hosted on Mailchimp, because they know they can get off of a newsletter hosted on Mailchimp, if needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes for me. It does what I need it to do.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you just need a basic newsletter, Mailchimp does this well. If you need more advanced segmentation and tracking, there may be better options.
