What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
The benefit of setting up, the free version is superb for beginning corporations or clubs that don’t have a budget. The paid version can be created as complicated as one wants. Because it’s a renowned program it integrates with numerous alternative software platforms. What I like is that it’s straightforward to set up, and also the fact that you just will design an email template with many customs merge tags that auto-fill in as you transfer an excel file with the contact information. The fact that it does that makes it compatible with virtually any CRM.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mailchimp also makes it straightforward to schedule campaigns for specific target audiences. What do you dislike most about this product?

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
MailChimp's ease of use and clean look of the platform make it easy to get up to speed, and show someone else how to create campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They have many templates to choose from or the user can create templates and save them on the system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like that you cannot unsubscribe a user from receiving all emails from my company. I instead need to add that user to the unsubscribe list of all campaigns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is no phone customer support, only chat, but I've found that to suffice. They can quickly edit campaigns and get into your screen to see what's going on.
