What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

We use this software to create and automate our marketing campaigns, both by email and social networks. It is a very useful tool because it allows us to perform tasks automatically, such as scheduling the launch of a campaign on a certain date, plus we can also configure the system to send automatic welcome emails to our new customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it has all the tools for a complete marketing campaign. It has a WYSIWYG editor where we can create designs for the campaign without the need for another program. It also has a spam blocking tool, which ensures that the emails sent do not reach the junk mail box. It also allows us to monitor and track the behavior of the campaign in general and the acceptance of our customers to it, such as tracking behavior and clicks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We were using the free version and could not use the program to make text message campaigns and when we switched to the paid version, we expected to have this service and we have not yet been able to enjoy it, because configuring it is complicated and we have not gotten any response from their technical support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a very useful software for a successful email marketing campaign. Our success rate has increased considerably and we are very satisfied with the program. Although we have had some inconveniences, it has certainly been much more successful than the inconveniences we have had, that is why we recommend it.

It is really nice for small business that are not in need of any incredible and expensive email automation system.

Easy to use and really competitive price.

It in not the best for big amount of automations.

Free until you reach 2,000 subscribers, simple, enjoyable and intuitive, despite the complexity of some of the tasks, the interface always remains clear, with large buttons and user-friendly animations, they manage to centralize the process without the need to resort to third-party services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be overwhelming, but precisely one of the advantages of the tool is that there is a large backup of free information, it is not perfect and throughout its history users have made this known to the developers, although the official guides offered by the company itself are in Spanish, the platform itself is only available in English.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The platform has enough statistics and data to measure the efficiency of shipments, it allows you to use both default templates and your own through HTML code. It also offers a Pay As You Go plan, which determines the amount to be paid by email credits used. In other words, you only pay for what you consume; it hosts a variety of features to track your engagement, allowing you to better strategize and draft your ability to engage your target audience.
