MailChimp is a great tool for small businesses that need to make a leap in terms of marketing your company, providing a wide range of tools to give visibility to the company, MailChimp became the backbone of our company greatly increasing our sales and improving our relationship with new customers, and helping to keep with us old customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The email design for communicating with customers is quite useful and the whole tool is very intuitive, its interface is perfectly adapted to the needs of the company. The reports are one of the best things about this tool, well presented information that even surprises our customers when they review it, it keeps both parties very satisfied in the purchasing and sales processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Facebook ads could be much more customizable in order to increase customer acquisition through this social network. Affiliate marketing is not possible on this tool. Customer support is only available if you belong to one of the premium plans they offer. There is a great lack of options to schedule advertising campaigns through e-mails to keep our customers and potential customers better informed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
MailChimp is great for those small businesses that need to increase their electronic clientele, it has a great marketing strength that applies in each of the tools to share in the software. MailChimp is a little expensive, but being aimed at small businesses it is worth it because of the productivity it brings to organizations, with a little time MailChimp will become indispensable in the company that is used.
