The program stands out from others due to its intuitive interface, which makes searching and browsing for files a pleasant experience. I must say that the search functions of the platform are highly effective. I quickly found everything I needed without having to search through numerous folders.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The capacity to arrange documentation according to document qualities. papers having expiration dates, such as certifications, as well as papers that need regular reviews, such as risk assessments, can be set up to get automatic reminders.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to the fact that it can be configured exactly how you want it, setting it up might be difficult and time consuming. Documents may have numerous attributes, but in order to upload a document, you must first go into the system and add the property in question if it does not already exist there. The training is difficult and constant.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend using M-file due to its excellent user interface and user-friendly nature. Personally, I find it very convenient as it enables me to efficiently organize and securely maintain my files in a well-structured manner.
