M-files is a unique content collaboration and documentation management platform setting itself apart from other similar products through its innovative approach and distinct features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I would definitely like their uniqueness in user-friendly interfaces and their excellent customer support. Also I admire their ease of use and adoption for new users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike their slow loading and occasional lags and their limitations in collaboration features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend you to check with your IT infrastructure and get the right premium plan accordingly.
