The main aspect that I like the most about the M-Files is that they provide security to businesses. What do you dislike most about this product?

When compared to today's software interfaces, it is too old. It is difficult to provide support and address issues. Support is more concerned with determining how the user caused the problem than with resolving it. Support simply needs to move more quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The SEARCH feature makes my life easier, and I can quickly find my customer information by searching. M-Files is really helpful in creating Proposals; I mainly use Word and Excel templates on a daily basis to create Pricing and Proposals. I appreciate the functionality of this tool and recommend others to it.

It saves and secures my documents and also offers advanced privacy settings. Its customer service is also knowledgeable and responsive. This auspicious product is one that I enjoy using. It has brought me a great deal of convenience. To be honest, there isn't a single disadvantage that I can think of.

Everything in this tool is really beneficial for any organization. There is no comparison between these tools. As I store all of our data central place and we can customize it to suit our business requirements. I also like the great use of workflow functionality, historical tracking, and document management.
