Having consistent user experience when operating similar devices, even when they are from different manufacturers or support different protocols.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They don’t only try to sell their software to you so you can use the app feature. They help you to get what you need even if it requires customization to achieve your goal. Feel like a team is helping you behind.Application is really fast and better compared to similar products available in market. The tool definitely does what it says. You can create a plain GUI to automate many processes like sharing company apps with your staff and approving requests quickly by managers. Meanwhile, it also helps
What do you dislike most about this product?
One notable drawback of Lumos is the absence of robust collaboration tools, limiting seamless teamwork and communication within the platform.

It turns our chaotic access request queue into a self-improving engine that ensures every employee has the right level of access for the exact amount of time they need it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the deep entitlement visibility which shows me not just who has an app, but exactly what they can do inside it, from editing guest folios to accessing payroll.
What do you dislike most about this product?
configuration of the RBAC and ABAC policies requires a very clear map of your organizational hierarchy to avoid brittle workflows
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use the just-in-time access for all privileged accounts to drastically reduce your internal attack surface across your entire regional network.
