What differentiates LiveChat from other similar products?

Livechats Chatbot allows for complete customisation. The aforementioned allowed my department to be able to create our own conversation scenarios , which most aligned with how we interact with customers. On other chatbot platforms, customisation was greatly limited.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that we are able to customise routing priorities, thereby automating when a chat should go to any of our Chatbot agents and when it should go to an human agent. This has ensured that we are very responsive to customer queries and as productive as possible, in most situations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish Chatbots generally can do more. In most cases, our Chatbot simply cannot handle semi complex or complex conversations. This isn't specific to just Livechat Chatbots, rather it is a general chat Bot limitation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A key way to reduce the chat workload on customer support agents is to deploy a Bot. Amongst the top conversational bots out there is Livechat Chatbot.

What differentiates LiveChat from other similar products?

The feature to communicate across different platforms differentiates it from the other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a pretty easy user interface which helps users to easily navigate and start working on it chats. Minimal training is required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The issues with the notifications can be resolved as sometimes they don't come up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pricing is reasonable anyone considering it should also consider price range of other products in the market
