What is your favorite aspect of this product?

+ The ability to create courses on the platform and produce a simple course completion certificate at the end of a course

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Not a big no go, but there are slight limitations in terms of customizing the way performance reviews are assessed for each employee depending their roles and the career path that they want to grow in

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It definitely is a good platform to use to increase employee engagement and for OKRs, provided your company doesn't have a high level of skill matrix that needs to be implemented for performance reviews.
