What differentiates Leapsome from other similar products?
Leapsome differentiates apart by seamlessly combining performance management, learning, and engagement in one platform. Leapsome is a powerful and useful tool for companies that care about their workers' development but don't have the resources to invest in a wide range of solutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think Leapsome's complete approach to staff development is its best feature. Management of staff performance, training, and motivation are all streamlined on this platform. It's convenient to have everything you need in one location to create a positive atmosphere at work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Leapsome's design may use some honing, but the app's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses. The user experience may be much improved and navigation simplified with a more contemporary and straightforward design.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Due of its all-encompassing approach to employee involvement, I strongly suggest Leapsome. Goal-setting is only half the battle; continual feedback, learning, and encouraging a development mindset are all crucial. The platform does its part to encourage and enable employees.

It’s catered for the European Market mostly and is quite flexible with changes and adaptations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Employee Engagement and Performance are the two features that stand out, OKR could be improved. There should be other features added and I’m happy to discuss it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing that immediately stands out but there could be additional features which would make things better and more fluid.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a try, it’s better than what you currently have.
