What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
Having an ECM platform alongside capture tools, Forms and Workflow is what sold us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Automation tools and the future AI and agentic features look promising.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The on-premise OCR tools are less than great. We find that the DCC servers are always hitting the 100% CPU usage, even when adding more and more cores.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you have a good training and marketing plan for your users so they know the available tools and what to expect.

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
It's flexibility to meet me where I am. I love that I can keep dreaming of things I want to build a process for.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How it's always growing and evolving. The new additions of AI are amazing and I can't wait to start using them in my daily practices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Having to work through my VAR. I don't feel like they have the product knowledge to support me all the time. I also feel like it takes a long time for them to resolve issues for me. I wish I could work directly with Laserfiche instead.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start with Cloud. We were on-premise for years and I was nervous about bringing everything over to cloud. The migration went well and I wouldn't go back.
