What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
The flexibility. We own our back end so we can do what we like, including breaking it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The easy to use GUI with the option to use code if needed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cumbersome integration. Many products on multiple servers force vendor support for implementation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get a demo with your own files and use case. Workflow is an awesome tool but needs hands on configuration.

Laserfiche offers a bunch of features that everyone else does, but in a unique way to offset them from the rest
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Laserfiche AI is my favorite aspect of the product because of the innovations and the bleeding edge capabilities it applies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app because of how slow and unuser-friendly it is. There are implementations that are in place that is always improving but seem to be at a slower pace than what I would expect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely get the security and the organization and the retention schedule set up prior to dumping information into the repository. It would take a lot less time to get it started the right way than to go back and manually change thousands and thousands of documents.
