Laserfiche allows us to work with users in a very user-friendly environment
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Metadata/searching & forms, as they both are fun to work with and add a lot of ease for users
What do you dislike most about this product?
Our system is quite locked down and complicated, so migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting can be difficult
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend transferring all paper forms you can to Laserfiche forms as soon as possible to get users used to the process

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
The products integrate with each other. Covers a wide range of our needs. We use several Laserfiche products. No coding is required. Doesn't require coding to create processes and Workflows. The acces permissions can be customized to meet all of our needs. Almost all or our departments are using at least one of the products. Import Agent allows staff to scan directly from multiple function peripherals. Workflows are very powerful and allow administrators to make powerful time saving changes to folders, documents, files, Metadata, etcera. Searching for folders and files in the repository is very fast and flexible. Users really like how fast it
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workflow and Forms work so well together and save a lot of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not all users are smart enough to make their own Laserfiche Forms process diagrams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get Laserfiche Cloud now. It will probably take us weeks to convert.
