What differentiates KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training from other similar products?
KnowBe4's built in templates and reporting allows for us to quickly create new campaigns, as well as to track progress for our internal testing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The intuitive and fast nature of the software. If I wanted to start a new campaign, I could be done in under 30 minutes from start to having emails in inboxes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish the PAB integrated better with our software. It seems like a cool feature that we just can't use with our processes at this time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely explore the different templates and vary how often you are sending out campaigns.

What differentiates KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training from other similar products?
KnowBe4 continues to innovate with their products. They are constantly updating all of their tools and that is something I can appreciate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the customizability of the tests and also the reporting and data you can get from them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Perhaps that tools could be better consolidated in the online portals. It can be a little confusing navigating back and forth.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would go for it! Its a great tool for internal IT to use in end user trainings. It can be integrated well with existing enterprise systems, nothing bad to say. Great product.

Dashboard and reporting who has completed and risky users
What do you dislike most about this product?
Video's are a bit dated. Sadly Kevin Mitnick died but they are still trying to use his videos and dub the voice... badly! Surely with Heyjen and other software now you can do a better job of making more impactful videos.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spruce up the video modules as otherwise you have a great product.
