A good tool if you don't mind the cost

What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

Usually with other ESPs, you need to integrate it with another tool that helps you send SMS, with klaviyo you can do both with just one. Plus I think it's great that you can create your entire cart abandon journey (and you can see all the emails/SMSes) in one view.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration capabilities, easy to implement

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost, we've had months where we've questioned if we could achieve similar results with another ESP.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want something easy to use, and a lot of capabilities, and don't mind the cost, go for it. If not, there are better tools out there. Well not necessarily better, they can do more or less the same as what Klaviyo does but it's priced more economically.

What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

Klaviyo allows us to use our maximum potential and create the workflow that our company requires. We can create email templates, test them, and send out for a response that is worth the shot. We can custom API for one-click integrations and that results in better output in less time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Klaviyo, opportunity comes to you. You can make the most robust and automated email and social media marketing campaigns. The results are given to you in the form of reports for better planning and launching. The follow ups on social media, emails, and follow up for orders is an additional perk here.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Klaviyo serves its purpose with full potential, there are a few things that might irritate you in ways you won’t imagine. For example, the onboarding process takes lots of time and effort that leaves you drained and when the first impression is not that great you don’t like the platform, however, this is not the case.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Klaviyo is widely used and known for its robust and beneficial features in the world of marketing and automation. The advanced tools help to lessen the hassle of work and focus more on creative ways to improve. Klaviyo can be used for all types of business but it is highly recommended for businesses using ecommerce.

What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

Klaviyo is a lot more designer friendly and works well with plugins from Figma, Shopify etc and other softwares.I also found their UI/UX easier to work with, particularly while setting up workflows and segments. Their data tracking is fairly accurate too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Security while using software across team members. They allow you to onboard various team members in dedicated roles and manage permissions. I also found it quite convenient to work on various marketing campaigns, and their universal blocks are a god sent for designing multiple newsletters.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unfortunately, we had a hard time setting up Klaviyo because they have certain restrictions while using international credit cards. It took my organisation almost over a month to get it sorted, and my team wished that the Klaviyo technical team had helped us better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely give it a try if you have a large and diverse audience base and are looking to make the most of it! I do find Klaviyo slightly pricier, but it is worth it for bigger databases.
