What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

It has been the leading platform for email marketing so it introduces features and functions well in advance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

First thing first, it works well. Highly reliable. It has very detailed data for every email that you send, that in turn helps in decision making.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Analytics can be a lot better. They have a huge data for all the actions and activities on email, they could provide much better analysis than they do right now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, it is a very good tool. I would definitely recommend using it if you are looking for one.
