What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

Klaviyo helps keep an updated track of all e-mails and their progress, thus helping out the social media and marketing team of ours calculate open rates, reply rates, etc. Making and launching campaigns is great with Klaviyo since it allows users to unlock its full potential by trying out all its features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Great integration with tons of third party platforms like gmail, shopify, etc - Usable customizable templates - Automated campaigns - Great analytics for all campaigns

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Poor interface - Limited countries for SMS marketing

Make sure to identify all the use cases of Klaviyo as per your alignment with the requirements.
