What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?
Easy to segment and schedule multiple emails. It's very easy to go and edit campaigns as well as welcome and sale series. I appreciate the templates and the ability to make complicated and visually pretty emails or add something designed in Canva in one image.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use with a lot of options. Everything is laid out and simple to find, to make edits. I can design a campaign in minutes and send it to different segments. There are so many options available we are planning time to start implementing things in 2024 because they are available and the time spent creating and sending campaigns has been drastically reduced.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Every once in a while there is a glitch. If you make changes in the template they don't always translate to the mobile version. I once added several different logo sizes and deleted all but the one I wanted to use but all the logos were saved in the mobile version, which I didn't check before I sent the campaign. So now I double check but that has only happened once and is a very small problem.
